About the job
At least 5 years' experience in house building / residential industry.
Strong background in civil engineering essential.
Previous experience running multiple sites also essential.
Tasks and responsibilities:
To be ultimately responsible for up to 5 sites at any one time.
Co-ordinate consultant's drawings and information to include, engineering, architectural, landscaping, ecological and geotechnical.
Check architect and engineers drawings to ensure proposals/details are practical and economic;
Co-ordinate and manage all stages of structural warranty applications including discharging conditions, liaising with surveyors/ inspectors and obtaining warranty certificates;
Co-ordinate and manage all stages of building control applications.
Processing of Section 104, 38, 278 and 184 Agreements to include achieving technical approval, processing legals and finalising the agreements
Ensure the timely discharge of planning conditions;
Liaising with utility companies to line up services and diversions.
Preparing Technical Specifications and Materials Schedules
Liaising with SAP assessors to obtain design stage SAP calculations and refine specifications on a site specific basis to achieve cost savings.
Obtain postal addresses and robust detail registrations.
Salary negotiable and up to £50,000 per annum
