Office Administrator Jobs in Henstridge, Somerset
Working 08.00 - 16.30 Monday - Friday
The ideal candidate must be:
Conscientious, reliable and be able to work under pressure.
Must have at least a basic knowledge of Excel, Word and general PC protocol.
Day to day tasks will involve booking in vehicles on to the Vision system, scheduling vehicles to go into our workshop, answering telephone call and keeping control of emails and dealing with customers enquiries.
A background in the Automotive industry or customer services would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
City Centre Recruitment is very pleased to be assisting it's client based in Ilminster Somerset - Looking for an experienced administration assistant to join their busy office until early 2019 possibly longer
The successful candidate must have a good level of understanding and speaking English as they will need to communicate and understand written and verbal communications
You must have a good telephone manner, proficient with Microsoft packages, and preferably have some knowledge with paying invoices and recording financial records
Main responsibilities will include:
Answering the telephone to the general pubic
Dealing with the post
Flexible hours available, you will need to be able to work 4 or 5 days a week and need to be able to work between 10am - 12pm midday and definitely a Monday and Tuesday
In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
