IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST £35K LONDON Required strong in 1st and 2nd line support, Windows 7/10, Office 365 and ITIL.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience IT Service Desk Analyst to work for my highly reputable Law firm to provide technical support to all members of the firm, in addition to this my client is undergoing a largescale IT transformation, moving from onpremise infrastructure to a hybrid cloud environment utilising Office365 and Skype for Business.
Provide 1st and 2nd line user support via telephone, remote connection and deskside visits
Identify the nature of technical problems and work alongside your colleagues and external suppliers as required
Resolving customer issues or escalating where necessary, aiming to achieve a high % first time fix and positive customer experience
Set up users, computers, mobile devices and other peripherals
Proactively look for ways to improve customer processes or support operations including the creation of support documentation
Supporting Legal and bespoke applications
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role in the legal sector
Strong customer service experience and stakeholder management
Deep experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook and the use of documentation management systems
ITIL Foundation (desirable)
