  • The University of West London is a leading modern university specialising in the education and development of exceptional creative, business and service professionals.

  • The College of Nursing, Midwifery and Healthcare (CNMH) is a large College within the University of West London. CNMH students are based in both West London and Berkshire. The College provides pre-registration, post-registration and a professional development courses.

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Admissions Administrator to co-ordinate and deliver admissions for the college, providing a courteous and efficient service for applicants in their seamless journey from enquirer to applicant to student. You are expected to deliver a professional service to key stakeholders including the university's Schools and other departments, and maintain a culture of responsibility and accountability. Your role will include accurately processing applications, responding to applicant enquiries and liaising with academic and senior management staff at the university.

  • You must have a degree or equivalent in a relevant area and have prior knowledge and experience of admissions processes and procedures in higher education. Attention to detail is vital. A proven ability to co-ordinate daily operational activities for the team and manage projects is essential.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

  • Although primarily based at the university's Ealing and Brentford campuses, candidates will be expected to travel to the Reading campus when required.
