eCommerce Project Manager Digital Agency

As an eCommerce Project Manager, youll demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience, ideally in the retail sector. Your role will primarily be working on client projects delivering them through the entire lifecycle. Youll ensure all aspects of implementation are delivered to a high level of quality, on time and within the agreed budgets.

You will need excellent presentation skills, both spoken and written and a positive, team focussed work ethic. You will need to be strong in project management methodologies (Waterfall and an awareness of Agile), be clientfacing and have sound commercial acumen.

Taking ownership of projects and workloads from inception through to completion.

Duties will include:
Managing workloads and project rollouts through the full lifecycle
Creating and managing timelines and delivery schedules, ensuring workloads and projects run to strict pre defined constraints
Managing external suppliers including NDAs, contracts and negotiation
Directing designers and developers; relaying requirements precisely following defined company processes
Compilation and management of SOWs and CRs
Ensure high quality project delivery through QA programme management
Take ownership of project budgets management
Producing and managing project and CR estimates and costs
Work in close collaboration with Accounts Team, Technical and Design leads in support of Senior Management team
Updating and distribution of Project Status Reports (RAGs)
Managing ongoing client retainer work in regular contact with Brand eCommerce managers
Training and assisting clients with site management tools
Ability to work in a flexible and adaptable manner in a fast paced and exciting creative eCommerce environment

Your skills will include:
Established PM methodology Waterfall (and some Agile)
Ideally experience of Shopify (additionally Magento, WordPress, Woocommerce etc)
Experience working with development and design teams
Some experience of presales, requirements gathering SOW and CR preparation
Experience managing stakeholders/clients (account management)
Ideally Shopify and/or another eCommerce system
Customer Journey Mapping and UI knowledge

As a highly organised Project Manager, you must have an exceptional eye for detail, strong communication skills, as well as good customer service abilities. Solid problemsolving skills are also key and the ability to think on your feet.

The right candidate should be able to adapt to working to defined company processes, working often to strict deadlines in a fastpaced environment, and be experienced in handling clients and/or agencies with highlevel expectations.
