Do you have good general administration and reporting skills?

Are you a driver with transport, happy to commute daily to Purfleet, Essex?
Excellent permanent opportunity to work in a permanent Service Delivery role acting as the hub between the client, the business and field teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery of field services.

What will you be doing?
Putting together job packs for teams
Reporting for management and customers on KPIs
Maintaining communications with customers and the field teams to assist in the coordination and organisation of work schedules and activities
Acting as the key daytoday contact for the ongoing contract
Attending meeting with customers and sites visits if required
General contract/service administration duties
Is this you?
Great interpersonal, telephone, presentation and communication skills
Organised and selfmotivated
Experienced in an office environment, with good knowledge of MS office software such as Excel, Word, Outlook (Email) etc
Willing to be flexible regarding hours if required to attend customer meetings/sites
Driver with transport able to commute daily to Purfleet
