An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate Deputy Manager RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home located in Hove, East Sussex. This warm and friendly care home is situated within easy reach of the coast, local shops and amenities. The service boasts excellent facilities including bright communal lounge areas, cosy quiet areas as well as a beautiful garden for residents to enjoy. The staff at the home are friendly and caring and the manager is looking for a like-minded Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. Staff morale is very high.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a forward-thinking, leading, healthcare provider in one of their lovely care homes in Hove, East Sussex. The home provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical conditions. This versatile service also cares for residents with dementia and a range of mental health conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar and manic depression. The Home Manager is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home at all times.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). Previous managerial or leadership experience is essential for this position. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
