Registered general nurses’ (RGN) – Medical or Surgical Pulse Nursing are seeking dedicated Registered General Adult Nurses (RGN) for a line of work in Lincoln, for our NHS Client.    You’ll be joining an established team on medical or surgical wards (depending on your experience).  Working off your availability, you’ll be working day shifts over a seven-day rotation.  You’ll benefit from being able to block book shifts in advance and develop your skills in a rewarding environment.   Essential skills: Work in accordance with NMC guidelines and communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary Team. Assess, observe and report on the condition of patients efficiently.   Support, advise and educate patients and close relatives and ensure patients receive high-quality nursing care. Demonstrate commitment, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
