The Company

Our client, the head office for a very well known brand based in Milton Keynes, are seeking an experienced Customer Service advisor to join a brand new vibrant team!

The Role

The primary focus of the role is to offer thenext level of Customer Serviceto their largest customers. You will conduct pre-booked telephone calls with clients to offertrainingand understanding of their existing products and services. You will be aProduct Expertand be responsible for ensuring clients are getting the very best from their products andsee the valuein their service!

Your responsibilities will include:

To deliver valuable training to our customers, helping them to maximise the value of our service through a variety of platforms including outbound phone calls, conference calls and screen sharing
Offer guidance and assistance to our customers where they need our help in other areas of their service
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge regarding our products, systems and services
Create an instant positive impact and build great rapport with our customer's in a limited time period

The Person

In order to be suitable for this role you will have the following skills/experience:

Confident and engaging phone manner and strong listening skills
The ability to explain detailed reporting simply to customers
Target driven, you're always looking to exceed your performance expectations
Striking the right balance between volume of calls and quality
Putting the customer's experience at the heart of everything you do
You get a real kick out of wowing our customers
