Summarised duties;

Liaison with Blue Chip Clientele, Overseas Agents, Airlines & 3rd party Logistics suppliers

Establishing Routing & Rating

Negotiation of rates & services

HAWB-MAWB-DG Notes-Letters of Credit

Submitting export entries/Export licences

Dealing with special airfreight export requirements/project cargo/hazardous shipments

Advising flight details to clients and keep them updated at all times

Handling queries and recording these on global complaint system

Resolving issues and providing excellent customer services at all times

Standard airfreight freight administration and job costing

Additional:

Basic salary band: £25,000-£28,000

Holidays 25 plus 8 Bank holidays
