CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – LIVE CHAT TEAM

This great opportunity will not only give you the chance to progress your career as a Customer Service Advisor within our new Live Chat team, but to also shape the future of our business! We have partnered with VODAFONE, a global leader in Telecommunications, and this role will support the on-line servicing of their membership database.
If you have proven experience working across multiple technology channels, this could be the ideal role for you.
What will I be doing in my new role?
This role is purely customer service and involves no sales! On a daily basis, you will be:
Servicing customer enquiries across multiple technology channels. These will include webchat, email, social media platforms, mobile phone applications and telephony
Provide an efficient, courteous and professional service at all times
Provide outstanding customer service
Is this the ideal role for me?
You will require the following skills and experience:
Experience of using with new technologies, such as social media, apps and webchat
Experience (or an understanding of) a customer service environment either working face to face with customers or call centre based
Excellent communication and social skills
Up-to-date computer knowledge – working on Window packages with exceptional typing skills
Attention to detail and accurate spelling, grammar and punctuation on informal and formal written communication
