VP Performance Marketing (Paid Social, Mobile & App Marketing) Global Dating App
Launched in late 2015, the company are an innovative and growing business with multiple brands, aiming to serve a carefully selected demographic to provide the best possible relationshipdriven experience.
As the VP of Performance Marketing, you will be tasked with leading a young, energetic team of 45 people that is eager to learn & succeed, whilst driving the growth of their revenue across multiple European territories. Currently at €12m revenue per annum, they are looking to hit €25m by the end of 2019 so your role will be pivotal in their conquest.

Responsibilities of the VP Performance Marketing:
Build and execute our digital performance marketing roadmap for appbased products
Deliver strategic initiatives for growth along with the CMO & CEO
Manage & coach an enthusiastic team of 45 people
Management and allocation of a multimillion EUR marketing budget
Ensure the team is executing highly effective paid advertising campaigns (social, search, display & organic) and delivering against ROItargets.
Management of global marketing initiatives & campaigns
Working alongside Product & Business Intelligence teams to carefully analysis and track data using various tools (Google Analytics & Amazon Redshift) and feed into campaigns
Analyse & audit the performance marketing functionality to continuously improve
Staying up to date with evolving media channels and digital trends in the dating space
Key role in transferring knowledge of paid media marketing techniques to the team and wider business
Requirements of VP Performance Marketing:
Background in managing highly complex paid media marketing campaigns (specifically paid social channels)
background in a acquisition for a mobilefirst or appbased products (mobile games, dating apps, gaming/gambling, etc)
Extremely analytical and datadriven
Ability to set up mobile tracking measures
Experience of leading a team to deliver results measured against ROI
Expert knowledge & up to date in latest performance marketing trends
Ability to set out various strategies for specific target audience to deliver effective paid media campaigns
A real team leader that can motivate a team to learn & grow
Ability to work crossfunctionally with multiple teams in the business
Able to present performance marketing results in top management meetings
