Are you currently on the lookout for your next step up the career ladder? We are currently looking for a mechanical Associate Director for an awardwinning multidisciplinary consultancy in Norwich.
The client that we are currently working with are a well respected and highly renowned consultancy and have offices across the UK. They are extremely forward thinking and put a lot of time and energy in to developing their engineers to ensure that they are always working with the most talented and ambitious engineers in the industry. They work on a variety of projects throughout a multitude of sectors and take the multidisciplinary approach on all of their projects. They are looking for a Mechanically Biased Associate Director to come and join their Norwich team.
The successful candidate will be genuinely passionate about the building services industry and will be driven to push the building services team to new heights within this office. You will be responsible for the hiring of new engineers as well as business development while at the same time expected to get stuck in to technical aspects of the job when needed. You will be a chartered engineer and hold relevant qualifications in relevant subjects. You will have 10+ years of experience within the building services industry and have exemplary knowledge of mechanical systems within a variety of building types.
Associate Director Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years experience within a Building Services environment
Degree or relevant equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to mentor junior and intermediate engineers
Good client facing skills
Good experience within a variety of sectors
Able to create and deliver client presentations
Good knowledge of a variety of different design software
