About the roleAt an exciting time for Link Asset Services, we have a Trainer role available. In this role you'll focus on creating procedural documentation which you will then plan and deliver training to your fellow team members on.You will provide consistent support and oversight to the whole team, whilst keeping the system and client records up to date; making sure all customer information is recorded correctly and within service standards. You will also help management to monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve this as necessary.You will help to ensure the team handle requests from customers professionally and resolve issues both promptly and thoroughly, all the while providing excellent customer service.You will be in contact with our customers via phone, as well as internal colleagues via phone, email and face to face. Qualifications

Skills and Qualities you'll need:Essential:G.C.S.E Maths and English grade ‘C’ or aboveAbility to work under pressureConfident telephone mannerExcellent attention to detailGood organisation skillsExcellent customer/client service skillsCoaching, mentoring and/or training experienceGood understanding of Microsoft Office; especially ExcelDesirableKnowledge of shareholder practices
