Residential Conveyancer Outstanding Progression Opportunities
QED Legal is working with an exceptionally strong regional firm that is now seeking to consolidate its residential property offering in its Kidderminster office with the appointment of an additional Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to deal with a high calibre conveyancing caseload.
The firm has a very strong pedigree and has a network of offices throughout the West Midlands and the Black Country and it is particularly active within the property sector. As a whole, the firm is a full service offering and is able to boast a very strong client base comprising individuals, local businesses, SMEs and national commercial entities.
The Residential Conveyancing Team is already established across the firms network of offices; however, the team in Kidderminster has experienced significant success and so now needs to make an additional hire to strengthen the team there in order to service ongoing instructions and also further increase this particular offices market share.
As such, the practice is particularly keen to speak with a qualified residential conveyancing practitioner from NQ level (and who has undertaken a seat within residential property during their training contract) right through to those with around 3 years PQE. You will have gained experienced at a large national firm or a strong regional practice and you will be proficient in dealing with the full remit of residential property matters. This role is different given that it is not just limited to fee earning duties and so you will also have the opportunity to get away from the office and participate in business development and marketing in order to open up new revenue streams and enhance the offices standing within the locality. It therefore follows that there is scope for swift progression within the firm and you will also be able to strengthen your standing within the local market by reinforcing your already strong links with the vicinity.
This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious residential conveyancing practitioner who has a desire to work at a very strong firm and who is keen to make their mark in the sector so if you are an experienced practitioner who is concerned about limited progression opportunities in your current role then this opportunity is definitely worth exploring.
Naturally a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer which includes 23 days holiday entitlement as well as extra holidays over the Christmas period when the office closes. The firm also prides itself on its noncorporate environment and actively promotes a positive work/life balance and the working culture is such that the conveyancing process is very much focused on providing a highquality client centric service meaning that this role is a world away from a highvolume operation and will allow you to spend a considerable amount of time having facetoface client meetings.
