The University of West London is a leading modern university specialising in the education and development of exceptional creative, business and service professionals.
The HR Services team is responsible for providing a first class HR administrative support service and actingas the first point of contact for queries from managers and staff across the university. This is a new role which will lead a team of HR Co-ordinators, ensuring continuous improvement and the development of a high quality and responsive HR service.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate significant experience in an HR services role, ideally with experience of managing a team to deliver high levels of customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to coach and support colleagues and the skills to prioritise work and manage customer expectations in a demanding environment. Excellent IT skills are a pre-requisite for this role, along with a working knowledge and experience of HR information systems and reporting tools. Experience in developing HR Systems would be advantageous.
Please be advised that it is expected that appointment within a grade will normally be at the minimum point.
