The role entails;
Proactively supporting the logistics warehouse & organising the daily flow of orders
Communicating with clients via email, telephone and face to face, working in a proactive manner and keeping them fully briefed on all areas
Daily communication with customers, suppliers & in-house operations
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets/requirements
Dealing with retail orders: Goods-In / Picking/ Dispatch of Stock/Goods -Out
Solving any issues with clients, contractors and problems within the warehouse to ensure stock levels are correct, to ensure Clients are receiving the correct level of service and complaints are rectified quickly and effectively.
Data entry & administration
Implementing KPI checks & stock control procedures
Monitoring of returns & damaged stock
Proven track record of Customer Services in Logistics-essential
Able to plan, prioritise, multi-task and work to targets and deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
Able to listen & understand order requirements and collaborating with supply chain personnel to meet the customers' needs-requirements
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
IT Literate, sales order databases and possess
Presentable, enthusiastic, confident, flexible and self-motivated
