About the job

This is a bright and exciting opportunity for a customer services enthusiast to join a young and dynamic company based in North London. The role will require excellent telephone manner, strong customer services experience and ability to upsell the clients products.

Your duties:

  • To manage all incoming customer enquiries and sales calls via the telephone, email and HUB system.
  • To handle complaints and cancellations within the department's service level standards while providing a high standard of service to all internal and external customers.
  • Create and take opportunities to sell products over the phone.

    SkillsSkill Sets required:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a confident and positive manner when speaking to Clients, Customers and Partners on the phone

  • Ability to build excitement over the phone through tone of voice and delivery.

  • Customer focused

  • Strong understanding of the companies brand, products and services, and the experience market in general

  • Complaint handling skills

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

  • Flexible attitude to customers and to ad hoc duties required by the department

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment.
