About the job
This is a bright and exciting opportunity for a customer services enthusiast to join a young and dynamic company based in North London. The role will require excellent telephone manner, strong customer services experience and ability to upsell the clients products.
- To manage all incoming customer enquiries and sales calls via the telephone, email and HUB system.
- To handle complaints and cancellations within the department's service level standards while providing a high standard of service to all internal and external customers.
Create and take opportunities to sell products over the phone.

SkillsSkill Sets required:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a confident and positive manner when speaking to Clients, Customers and Partners on the phone
Ability to build excitement over the phone through tone of voice and delivery.
Strong understanding of the companies brand, products and services, and the experience market in general
Complaint handling skills
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Flexible attitude to customers and to ad hoc duties required by the department
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment.
