Hub Administrator needed ASAP for the Warrington area on a 3 months fixed term contract
Position: Hub Administrator
Salary: £18,000 pro rata
Hours: 40 hours per week
As the Hub Administrator, you will report into the Hub Manager and provide comprehensive administration support to the Hub team.
The Hub Administrator is required to be fully competent in carrying out the daily and weekly administrative duties as directed by the Hub Manager. These duties include but are not limited to; raising order numbers, processing invoices, completing the goods inwards process and managing the Hub paperwork and filing.
You will also be expected to answer the telephone in the correct manner and deal with both customer and internal queries efficiently.
Through teamwork and communication, the Hub Administrator is responsible for full administrative compliance and accuracy in the Hub, working in line with both customer and Company procedures.
To be appointed to this role, the following are minimum requirements:
Entry to the Hub Administrator role normally requires experience in a similar type of role.
Experience of working in a fast paced commercial or customer focused business.
Experience of providing excellent customer service, over the phone and face to face.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft, Google and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
A full, valid UK driving licence is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of the Company values.
Knowledge and understanding of Customer Care and its importance to the business.
Awareness of the products and services offered at the Hub.
Knowledge of and compliance with Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
