Ward Manager (Brain Injury rehabilitation)

Location: South West London

Salary: £40,989 to £44,772 per annum + £1000 welcome bonus

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Ward Manager our complex brain injury and challenging behaviour ward.

The Ward Manager will be a high profile, accessible and responsive leader with professional, clinical and managerial responsibility for providing level 1 rehabilitation. The post holder will provide leadership for a strong interdisciplinary team within the Brain Injury Service.

Experience in working with patients with complex brain Injuries is essential, as well as an in depth understanding of rehabilitation principles.

We welcome applications from Registered Nurses with experience of working with patients with an acquired brain injury and has an awareness of brain injury rehabilitation.

We were awarded a "Good" rating by the CQC in September 2018; the report noted many areas of excellence in care, responsiveness, management and leadership.

We are looking for an experienced Nurse with previous management experience within a Mental Health / Brain Injury environment.
