An exciting opportunity to work with a global giant who employ only the very best engineers.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and customers to identify solutions to the most challenging application, product quality and safety issues. You will lead improvement projects, driving the necessary change through the organisation.
Key activities will include:
Conducting root cause analysis using the 8D methodology
Interacting with engineering and operations teams to initiate product improvement
Coordinating factory operations for the supply of quality project materials
Representing the customer support function as member of new product development teams
The role will include international travel to work directly on customer sites to conduct investigations and support the rollout of corrective actions. Direct contact with the customer will be required, including the presentation of project updates. (Up to 25% of time may be spent travelling internationally).
