As a Contract Launch Excellence Project Manager, the ideal candidate will be a part of the team tasked with managing projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring the process is efficient, transparent and profitable. The contract is ongoing with parttime hours.

As a Launch Excellence Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring pharma launch projects are executed efficiently and effectively according to well thought through and achievable launch plans. The role will involve the following responsibilities:
Acting as a champion for the launch excellence teams within our pharma clients by encouraging compliance with frameworks, tools and project management methodology.
Supporting the global brand lead, as the global launch project team come together and agree their accountabilities and ways of working.
Preparing and facilitating Project Initiation and Project Planning workshops for the global brand teams.
Updating online project management software with the jointly agreed global project plan.
Updating global launch project plans in their PM software.
Maintaining project templates such as Project Charter and RAID log.
To apply for this role as a Launch Excellence Project Manager our client was hoping for someone with the following skills and experience:
At least 5 years experience in a pharma commercialisation and launch environment at local, regional and global levels.
Educated to degree level
A project management accreditation such as PMP or PRINCE 2 is preferred, although previous experience or pharma launch project management will be taken into consideration.
Project management, experience of team leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to give honest and constructive feedback and presentation skills.
