Senior Marketing Executive role sitting in a wider department of 50 people
Consumer marketing targeting with products that operate in the Ski, Snowboard and Travel sectors

The role: The Senior Marketing Executive position reports directly to the Head of Consumer Events Marketing and has the opportunity to become a Marketing Manager within 1218 months. The Senior Marketing Executive will have ownership of running the marketing campaigns for the consumer events with minimal input from the Head of Marketing. The company have centralised digital, design, CRM, research, analytics and content teams that the role holder will have access to maximise campaign effectiveness. The role holder will take ownership of a full 360degree marketing campaign that will involve email, social, digital, PR, OOH and other advertising. The successful candidate must have an innate drive to succeed, infectious personality and willingness to both work independently and as part of a large matrix structure. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous consumer event experience to take a step up in a wellknown media organisation.
Responsibilities for the position of Senior Marketing Executive include:
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to create a winning marketing strategy for these two consumer exhibitions
Attend the exhibitions to see firsthand what works, not works, speak to visitors, exhibitors and sponsors to gain insights
Forging internal stakeholder relationships with the digital team, designers, CRM, research, analytics, content, sales and operations teams
Instilling a datadriven marketing approach
Running multichannel marketing campaigns including email, social, digital, PR, OOH and other advertising
Running regular customer and competitor analysis to continue to develop and improve the understanding and success of the events portfolio
Regularly analysing overall channel and campaign performance to enable changes to push success
Requirements for the role of Senior Marketing Executive
Worked for a consumer events/media brand
Proven success of driving consumer attendance to events
Clear understanding of the latest marketing techniques including abovetheline activity
Have excellent copywriting experience
Be a datadriven, analytics first marketer
Enthusiastic personality with drive to succeed
Interest in Ski, Snowboarding, Travel would be beneficial

This role sits within their consumer events division, which is one of the growth areas of the business over the next 35 years. The division is looking for an experienced consumer events marketer who will be ready to step up to a Marketing Manager within 1218 months.
