Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30

The Quality Monitor will be responsible for monitoring the quality of work done by financial sales department. The role involves quality assessment via call listening, and scoring, and providing feedback and coaching to colleagues. Officers will offer coaching, and ongoing support to ensure best practice is upheld and sales are compliantly.
This position pays up to £26,000 per annum, includes an annual bonus, of around 12% of basic salary. Staff benefits include a pension, and enjoy regular staff incentives. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.30.
