This is a brandnew opportunity to be a part of a company that is expanding rapidly. Be a leader within the HR analytics space as a Quantitative Analyst, performing cuttingedge research into employee behaviour. As a Quantitative Analyst in this team, your primary motivation will be to explore stateoftheart techniques to deliver machine learning and deep learning solutions to the companys biggest problems.
This global FMCG company is heavily invested in finding a Quantitative Analyst to perform HR analytics and present insights back to key stakeholders and senior management. With a clear vision and business plan, they understand that the only way for them to outcompete their rivals is by championing an advanced datadriven approach to better their product. This is why theyre focusing on providing a focal point for their analytics and this will be started by this hire.
Taking a forwardthinking, R&D approach to initiating a custom tool that is a hybrid of machine learning and deep learning to HR Analytics.
Leading your own projects into the exploration of large and never used before, complex employee data sets using Python and Python libraries
Building your advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms using Python and its libraries
Implementing your models, in Python and/or R, to increase revenue and provide a competitive edge for the company
Exciting projects include:
Employee behaviour what are the causes of quitting
Natural language processing (NLP) techniques applied to email data
Building recommendation systems for career paths within the business
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Extensive knowledge and use of Python and/or R
Proven strong and varied commercial experience in building machine learning solutions in Python
The successful Data Scientist will have industrial experience working with big data to solve business problems to scale
The ideal candidate will have experience in effectively presenting academic and experimental ideas
Knowledge and/or experience using and applying Hadoop/Spark and AWS to big data
Preferably a PhD in machine learning or another related subject
Unlimited learning and development fund conferences and training courses
