IT Support Analyst / 1
st & 2nd Line Support Analyst with some experience working in an IT service desk analyst / IT helpdesk environment is required by a leading company based in Leamington Spa. This role has a clear career path into a 2
nd and 3
rdline infrastructure role in future, with some excellent training on offer
This is a great opportunity for a keen IT Support Analyst to develop into a more Senior IT Support Analyst in the future.
At least 6 months IT support experience, including helpdesk and 1st line support
Some knowledge of Microsoft Operating Sytems, basic Active Directory, Outlook and PC support
Any experience with Microsoft Exchange, Network admin, LAN/WAN would be a bonus but not essential
Day to day IT helpdesk monitoring and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, to ensure high availability of the IT service to all users
IT helpdesk support This includes Service desk, backend servers and services, end user compute hardware, software installations, configuration and ongoing IT maintenance.
Work on a range of IT projects, including working with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Operating systems etc
You must have excellent communication skills and have experience of working on 1st line / helpdesk support issues on a daily basis in an IT support analyst role. You will be providing IT helpdesk support for the firm and its users, which will include backend servers and services, end user computer hardware, software installations, configuration and ongoing maintenance. You will be working closely with the Infrastructure + Support manager in relation to large project work, this includes the implementation of new infrastructure, software releases and more.
