Dynamic Wills and Probate Assistant sought for a well-established Cardiff firm.
Providing extensive support to private client fee earners, the successful paralegal, legal secretary or legal assistant will have great attention to detail and organisational skills whilst delivering top class client care in a friendly and professional manner. A fantastic opportunity, you will be seeking career development and growth within a reputable department and in this area of law.
Assisting with preparing and drafting wills
Managing client files
Preparing documents and letters
Undertaking legal research
Use of case management system
Transcribe legal documents
Organising client meetings
General administrative work
Applications are encouraged from legal assistants, paralegals and legal secretaries of all levels
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Keen eye for detail and professional approach to your work
Works well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy
