Reporting to the PA, the role will be providing administrative support to the Engineering Services Department.

What youll do:

All typing for team including letters, minutes, payment notices, reports, manage global email addresses and spreadsheets
Maintaining electronic document control for example G common folders/structure, Asite, The Hub etc
Organise meetings including management of diaries, ordering refreshments, sending invitations and taking minutes on laptop
Process subcontractor acceptances
Booking travel and accommodation
Printing, distribution and binding
Support Site Managers with site set up and any other requests
Manage data on company systems
Ordering stationery needed for the team
Assist with the collation of tender documents
All filing both paper and electronic
Ordering business cards
Housekeeping for team area
Minute taking, typing of actions and outcomes
Arranging aftercare and maintenance appointments
