About the job

Are you a successful Senior Business Development Manager? Have you worked in the LowCode Development Platforms or Business Process Automation Software space? The UK is one of my clients most lucrative territories; do you have the will and drive to make it better and deliver growth?

My client is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who has the drive and discipline needed to identify and win new business opportunities in existing and new markets. We require an individual with the calibre to engage with decision makers of all levels and who is capable of understanding business challenges and how digital transformation can address those challenges to deliver sustained value.

Senior Business Development Manager Job Purpose

Own and manage the endtoend sales cycle including lead generation, developing the sale through to negotiating and closing the agreement
Lead pitches and presentations to prospects
Write compelling value propositions
Conduct contract negotiations
Deliver Sales Targets
Become a genuine subject matter expert
Understand industry trends and future business requirements and feed your insights into the business
Know our competitors and provide intelligence back into the business
Maintain accurate and detailed sales activity reporting with MS Dynamics CRM, including all sales activities, forecasts and pipeline status

Ideal skills and strengths:

A demonstrable track record selling lowcode, rapid application platforms at enterprise level
Experience working within a New Business Development (new logo) environment in a Digital Transformation / Technology company
Ability to manage relationships at all levels resulting in Sales to meet revenue targets
Ability to work to set deadlines and cope with pressure
Strong, outgoing, personable and enthusiastic character
Effective listening and understanding
A natural social media user
Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create and deliver clear, engaging, accurate and concise presentations, proposals and value propositions
A high user standard of MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and the ability to learn and utilise sales tools specific to the company
Able to demonstrate selfmotivation to improve knowledge and skills through personal research and development
Comfortable in a small but high growth team environment

Whats on Offer

5060k basic salary. Uncapped Commission (100k OTE) + Car Allowance and Other Benefits
