What to expect
Joining us as a Customer Service Advisor within our Financial Solutions team, youll be helping customers to setup new payment plans over the phone, offering bespoke payment advice and account plans, and consulting with customers when it comes to their energy usage.
Using your exceptional customer service skills, youll be taking calls from a wide variety of customers and sharing your expertise with them based on their situation and circumstances. Working closely to company guidelines, youll provide accurate and relevant information about payment solutions for our products and services, working to our performance measures and ensuring that npower meet regulatory obligations.
In this specialist role, youll need be a customer service champion, using excellent problem solving skills and a passion for working together with customers to resolve issues. Youll be resilient and assertive, with a focus on adapting quickly to a range of situations and building rapport with people from all walks of life.
Youll need to bring good IT skills to your new role, as youll be handling customer information and updating our databases on a daily basis and youll be comfortable in a targetdriven environment where youll be reporting your progress to your manager regularly.
Youll join us as a Customer Service Advisor on a competitive salary of £16,900 with progression to up to £18,879 after promotion, as well as an unsociable hours allowance of up to £119 per month. Youll also have access to additional ontarget earnings of up to £100 per month. Successful applicants will work between the hours of 10:15am and 8pm and one Saturday in three. This additional shift is reimbursed with a day off in lieu during the week.
