Client Reporting Specialist
Our client are seeking a Client Reporting Specialist for an initial 6 month FTC.
Based in Henley 5 days a week.
Will be working in a small team in Henley, also with the wider team in Frankfurt and India.
Will be working with clients and vendors, producing standard reports (fact sheets, KIIDs (Key Investor Information Documents), monthly updates, etc., also producing reporting packs.
Clients also provide templates of the information that they would like (could be about performance, risk, etc.,) and the Client Reporting Specialists populate the templates with the relevant data. The team produces around 7000 to 8000 reports each month; mostly automated.
The data comes from numerous sources, so it's really important to have a very good eye for detail.
Financial markets experience is preferred, especially asset management if possible. Any asset management exposure across areas such as mutual funds, performance, fund accounting (and client reporting of course!) would be really good.
Must speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills. Most client contact will be by email but there is the occasional need to speak to them over the phone. Good relationship management ability is also a core skill.
Must have strong MS Office.
