Chartered Valuation Surveyor

Our client is an independent property firm offering a wide range of services including surveying, lettings and planning services as well as sale of residential, commercial and agricultural properties. Based at our Leicester City Office as part of their Professional team, the successful applicant will be tasked with assisting in the growth of the survey and valuation work. Working closely with the Director of the Professional team, the successful applicant will need to be a selfdisciplined and selfmotivated surveyor. The surveyor will be required to manage client relationships, provide fee quotes and meet deadlines under their own initiative.

The role of Residential Valuation Surveyor

Main duties include:

Valuing properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property market
Assessing the impact of a major development in terms of economic viability and environmental impact
Undertaking RICS Homebuyer Reports and building surveys
Undertaking Probate and Matrimonial Valuations
Manage client relationships and meeting deadlines under your own initiative.

Experience

RICS Chartered
RICS Registered Valuer
At least 2 years Post Qualification Experience
