Digital Image Editor (69 months) Maternity Cover
A fantastic opportunity to join the Digital Team, reporting to the Content Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of online product imagery for UK, US and ROW websites. From creating image sets to ensuring the website reflects and enhances the brand values to taking part in various new online projects and launches. This is for a person with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills who thrives under pressure.
Create and maintain product images while ensuring the correct product imagery is used, cropped and presented optimally.
Ensure all products online have the latest images available.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all image information needed to setup new
products online is received and to address any image related queries, action requests, changes and updates.
Work closely with the Digital Trading team to ensure that all image deadlines are met as part of the online critical paths for all new products and campaign launches.
Assess priorities daily to ensure the most critical requests and amendments are completed.
Weekly KPI reporting and managing spreadsheets for all campaigns and launches.
Work closely with the Shoot team to ensure image guidelines are being met and presented in line with brand requirements.
Audit the website weekly and improve and amend any images that need attention.
Develop full understanding of the capabilities and functionality of Adobe Scene 7.
Review images and recommend opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
Research web industry and keep up to date of latest technologies to suggest new ideas to improve the website, maximise sales opportunities, improve customer usability and stay ahead of our competitors.
Experience in online creative/imagery role.
Intermediate/Advanced Photoshop skills and experience of Scene7 or other image management software is essential.
Good understanding of websites.
Excel, Word, PowerPoint. A good grasp of Microsoft Excel and confidence in handling data.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Work well in a team and independently and have a proactive, cando attitude.
Knowledge and passion about online, multichannel retail and customer experience would be advantageous.
