We are now looking to recruit Contact Centre Agent to join our B2C team in the heart of Portsmouth's city centre. Our offices are only 2 minutes’ walk from Portsmouth & Southsea train station with fantastic transport links. 1 Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO1 2GJ.
You will work such hours (including as a minimum 37.5 hours per week) as are needed for the proper performance of your duties. Your Centre Ltd operating hours are 08:00 – 20:00 (Mon – Fri) and 09:00 – 18:00 (Sat). Sundays and Bank Holidays may become part of the rota in the future; the hours will be 09:00 – 18:00.
Yourcentre works on behalf of several organisations to support them with their business requirements. Within this role as a Contact Centre Agent, you will become known as a volunteer contact specialist, you will be working to engage with volunteers who have completed an online questionnaire regarding a vaccination for the flu.
What will I be responsible for?
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will build rapport with the volunteers and take them through the questionnaire seamlessly and follow up accordingly to ensure attendance to appointments as well as answering general questions. You will be a tenacious and driven individual, well organised with the ability to change direction as the project grows

We are looking for a Contact Centre Agent who can demonstrate a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail and a drive to hit targets. We would ideally like to receive applicants from those who already have outbound contact centre experience however this is not essential. To be considered for this role, you must:
