A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our Broadpath Landfill site for a Business Administrator to join our team.
This role is offered on a 1 Year fixed term contact basis.
Business Administrator Role:
Joining our team as a Business Administrator, you will provide full administrative and financial support to the Powergen Operations Manager and Regional Operations team. Duties include:
Assist the Powergen Operations Manager in the annual budget process.
Assist in the fixed asset and stock audit process.
Produce and distribute finance, operational & H&S KPI’s.
Administer employee training, grading and competency records.
Attendance to monthly and quarterly meetings taking and distributing meeting minutes as directed.
Administration of finance documentation and tasks, including new supplier forms, customer queries, invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, supplier accounts & electricity generation capture data.
Our ideal Business Administrator:
Practical experience of financial management including P&L and inventory and relevant financial systems
Financially Astute with good commercial acumen
High attention to detail and quality.
Experience of general administration and office duties.
Qualified by Experience – AAT level 2 and above
Full driving licence due to location of the site
