A Fareham based business going through an exciting period of growth and development is looking for a Head of Client Services to join its team.
You will be assuming responsibility for the shaping and implementation of the on-going customer interaction. You will have proven management and organisational abilities, coupled with a demonstratable experience with working within the financial service industry.
As Head of Client Services, your daily duties will include:
Developing and reviewing service delivery standards.
Ensuring that all reviews as per the Customer Service Charter are met.
Supporting and driving the implementation of group policies.
Supporting all colleagues to ensure that all service standards are met.
Engaging with customers throughout the year to deliver a commitment to those who trust you with their financial arrangements.
Actively managing the Company Diary System for the review procedures.
To be a successful Head of Client Services, you will have the following skills and experiences:
Previous experience of working within the financial service industry in a managerial capability.
Demonstratable success in managing staff on a one to one basis.
FS qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
An understanding of FCA regulations and compliance Mifid rules.
The completion of RO1, RO3 and RO6 would be beneficial but is not essential.
Accurate report writing skills with great attention to detail.
In return, a Head of Client Services will receive a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
