An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Space Manager to lead the university's space management service. Your responsibilities will include space planning, churn logistics, space auditing, space data management and reporting. You will work closely with the Vice Chancellors Group, the Governance Board for Space Management and colleagues across the university to ensure strategic and operational objectives can be met effectively in terms of space needs.
You will need a relevant degree and extensive knowledge and experience in developing, adapting and maintaining space management policies, systems and procedures for the efficient space management of a university, or similar multi internal stakeholder organisation. You should also have practical “hands on” experience of working with a space management database and Auto Cad and excellent project management and negotiating skills
