TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST
Our client, a travel technology company in London is looking for a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join their growing team. With a focus on the travel and retail sectors, our clients mission is to implement its bespoke platform into businesses, enabling their customers access to better insights and to facilitate datadriven decisions.
In this interesting and varied role, youll be the technical expert on all aspects of our clients bespoke platform. Combining your technical and customer engagement skills, youll collaborate with the wider Business Analyst team to support end users from initial contact through to ticket resolution, guiding your customers to get the most from the products and services.
