This is an exciting opportunity to work as a HR Office Assistant offering nationwide HR and Administration support.

Duties will include dealing with:

Recruitment
Employment law compliance
Employee benefits
Handling grievances
Disciplinary action
Dismissals
Redundancies
General administration

To be a great HR Office Assistant you'll need:

Previous HR experience
A high level of confidentiality
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
The flexibility and willingness to learn
Tact and diplomacy
The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
Ability to use your own initiative
