My global energy client are looking to bring on a Workday HR Compensation Analyst to join a programme focused on the global deployment of Workday HCM. Candidates must have:Strong functional and analytical in Workday HCM, compensation and advanced compensation.Experience configuring workday and at least 2 end to end implementation.Numerous years of HR systems experience.Proven experience in designing end to end solutions with both a process and functional lens in order to deliver in line with desires of a future state operating model.Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to create and execute test cases that align to business requirements.Strong influencing skills.
