Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Salary: £36,500 per annum (£15.91 per hour) + excellent benefits
Hours: Full-time, 44 hours
We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and passionate Clinical lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful purpose built nursing home based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. The home is ideally situated in a pretty, residential area in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and is close to public transport links, as well as local shops and amenities. This warm and compassionate nursing home offers a welcoming and inviting environment for the residents and their families. This home boasts an excellent activities programme, residents happily pursue their hobbies like watching TV, listening to music, and reading - in the communal and quiet lounges. Staff morale at the home is very high and the team are passionate about the high quality of care that they provide to each resident and are proud to have achieved a 5/5 'Good' CQC rating.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join an award-winning, forward thinking healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire The service provides person centred care to elderly residents including palliative end of life care and residents who are physically frail. This versatile home provides personalised care packages for a range of care needs. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and like-minded Clinical Lead ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join their friendly team to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.
