My award winning client has just achieved a rating of Exceptional in the 2018 and they are one of the market leading estate agents in the area thanks to their excellent levels of service and the comprehensive range of properties they deal with.
They ideally looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Administrator/Property Management, ideally you will have Industry experience but they will consider candidates that have been working in a Office/customer service environment.
You will be joining a small and already successful team so the successful person will need to enjoy working in a fast paced and customer orientated environment.
Your experience/background -
Property Management/Admin experience
Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years experience in Lettings
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
Register landlord and tenant enquiries and booking relevant appointments
Following up enquiries
Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
Very well presented
Excellent written, numerical & IT skills
A full UK driving licence (essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A commitment to providing customer service.
Ideally a Minimum of 1 years experience in Lettings Administration or Negotiation
Enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed with all company and personal goals
