A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Billing & Master Data Specialist to join SThrees new offices in Glasgow on a 6 months fixed term contract. This Billing & Master Data Specialist will join SThrees Billing team who are responsible for maintaining an excellent standard of quality when creating accounts and processing documents.

SThree are currently embarking on an exciting venture to set up a new Shared Services Centre of Excellence in Glasgow City Centre. As a result, we have a high volume of new vacancies across our Finance, IT, Legal, and HR teams, providing a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved in something new at a fun, rewarding company.
What will you be doing?
Youll be creating and maintaining an excellent standard of Master Data on SAP inclusive of attachments & credit check information. Youll also be ensuring the efficient processing and issue of all contract invoicing across the SThree group.
What skills/experience should you have?
SAP Experience or an adept systems learner is desirable
Knowledge of excel
Excellent Customer Service skills
Demonstrate strong organisational & time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
