This is a key role to support the Lead HR Business Partner, with the implementation and delivery of Capabilities and Career Pathways across multiple geographies. The project contributes to the success of the talent, resourcing and learning strategy across Link Asset Services and is part of our transformation agenda; a key strategic priority across the business. This role supports the design of the frameworks, engages with stakeholders, and manages complex challenges across the project.This is a fantastic opportunity for an L&D Consultant to make a difference to a growing business, to be part of a passionate and supportive team.Managing and maintaining programme and project documentation, to enable accurate tracking and reporting. Capturing and escalating risks as they arise.Ensuring all design, competency / assessment methodologies, learning frameworks and approaches are incorporated effectively into the end product.Understanding the regulatory and conduct requirements of the business and integrate these into the solutions developed as and when appropriate.Support effective matrix people management and coaching support to members of the wider Team.Providing group facilitation and individual coaching support for the business, where relevant and as required.Work in partnership with Lead HRBP and wider project/HR team to deliver and implement capabilities and career paths across LAS. Engage stakeholders to support delivery of the project and embedding the tool.Qualifications

SkillsEssential:Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified.A track record of supporting the delivery of complex HR programmes.Working knowledge of project management principles and challenges.Strong business and commercial management capabilities.Technical competence in all aspects of employment law and policies.Experience in the design & delivery of people initiatives.Desirable:Experience of implementing capability frameworks and career pathways.
