Arabic and French Speaker Customer Service Rep (IMPORTANT: Night shift)
Job Type: Permanent (fulltime), 40 hours per week.
Location: Central London
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: From £27,000 £35,000 basic + bonus and benefits

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful bilingual French and Arabic speaker with solid experience in Customer Service, with a preference or interest in the hospitality or travel industry. Our client is a leading luxury client services provider based in Central London. The company is offering a modern, friendly and vibrant environment with the possibility to develop a rewarding career.

In this role, you will use your knowledge in the industry to deal with interesting and complex requests. You will use your expertise to help clients to get the most from the service provided and will use your research and communication skills to provide personalized solutions to the existing members. Within others, your main responsibilities will be:

Proactively deliver an exceptional customer service to a wide network of high profile clients within the agreed deadlines.
Establish clear, detailed and thorough client briefs.
Indepth understanding of your members needs, interests and requirements.
Researching the best options to meet and exceed the lifestyle requirements of the member
Offering tailored lifestyle suggestions to your members to maximise the value they get from the service.
Ensure members expectations are managed within the agreed deadlines
Always go above and beyond client requests.
Ensuring ongoing client satisfaction by managing client expectations and resolving complaints.

Skills and experience required:

Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
Strong customer service experience, ideally with previous exposure to Middle East clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy and dynamic work environment.
Proactive and resourceful approach to tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office package.
Passion for high standard service delivery.
