Customer Care Representative
£20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
This an outbound telephone based role.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be working in the fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by engaging with them over the phone to quickly understand their needs, resolve their queries and make them feel special; whilst at the same time identifying appropriate opportunities for every customer, matching their individual needs to the company products and services. You will be adding value to the customer's business by providing the best packages available whilst delivering the finest service.
This company will ensure that you're fully prepared to be at your best for their customers through a comprehensive training programme, along with ongoing coaching and development. You will be an expert on what the business can provide their customers and will be able to demonstrate a passion for the products to make sure the customer is fully informed about the innovative products and brilliant services available to them.
We are looking for people who can listen to customers, understand their needs and come up with the perfect solution to suit. It's all about putting customers first – introducing new products and looking for ways to strengthen the relationship with every one of them. It's not always easy. Therefore, we need people who can stay patient, show resilience even when being told 'no thanks' and close without ever forcing it.
