They have a strong order book following major wins this year and are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator, who will be located nr Towcester, Northamptonshire.
Reporting to the LPMO Support Officer, the Project Coordinator role is an essential support function within our Project Management Office. You will be the direct point of contact for all Project Managers, Project Engineers, Internal Stakeholders and Site Managers and will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative (including financial) support.
Ensure that all administration and queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Give excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
Administration will include purchase orders and invoicing, travel arrangements, site access requests, preparation of reports in excel, assisting with process improvement within the department, as well as other site administration. and site based training courses.
The ideal candidate will be
Educated to A level standard or equivalent
Good Computer skills Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint & NAVISION
Organised with exceptional time management
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail is essential
Full time role 37.5 hours
25 days holiday
