From our riverside factory in Jarrow in the North East, we manufacture and distribute our products across the UK and internationally. To continue expanding we require an ambitious and self motivated marketeer who craves a challenge.
The company is currently investing heavily in its core branding identity and future marketing strategies. This is to support new product development and continue strong company growth.
What we are looking for
An enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a keen interest in learning and developing their career within our company. The successful candidate will: Have strong organisational, decision making and self-management skillsWork well under pressure to set targetsBe business minded, always conscious of the business needs and impacts Be confident with good initiativeHave good written communication skills - persuasive and influentialVery strong and accurate attention to detailPossess excellent computer skillsA minimum of 5 years proven experience in digital marketing, ideally from working within a small team Have a degree in digital marketing or a similar field
Purpose of the role
Due to rapid growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to work with our company directors and in-house designer and lead the companys marketing initiative including SEO, social media and blogging, email, content, PR, CRO, PPC and platform ads.
This is a great opportunity to lead the way in creating a new department for the business.
You will be responsible for: Increasing brand awareness and help develop and maintain consistent brand guidelinesImproving online customer engagement and enhance customer experienceOverseeing PPC platforms, such as Google Ads, and develop and implement new marketing campaignsMonitoring and tracking marketing and sales activity and delivering reports to managementDevising strategies and implementing of SEO to drive traffic to the websitePlanning and managing social media campaigns as well as maintaining social media channelsCreating and managing content on the websiteCarrying out market research and competitor analysisLiaising with external branding agencies, printers, photographers, designers, suppliers etc.Contributing new and creative ideas to help grow the business onlineManaging the marketing budget and spendComposing emails for email marketing campaignsProducing printed marketing materials working closely with our in-house designer
