Having come from residential or education care, our 3 gentlemen are now ready to take on this new phase in their lives and really need people who care enough to want to see them become independent.

What are your responsibilities?
Promote a healthy lifestyle through appropriately stimulating activities
Be a caring role model
Supporting people in their residence and out in the community
Providing support with personal care needs as outlined in their care plan
Communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Experience managing behaviours that challenge
Availability to work shifts we do also have flexible working options
NVQ or a care qualification would be preferred
