This roofing & cladding contractor is based in West Midlands and currently looking to recruit a permanent Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work out of their West Midlands office. This contractor are able to deliver multi-million pound roofing & cladding projects. They work on all types of roofing, cladding & walling systems up to the value of £5million

About the Role

• Assisting the commercial aspects & surveyors on industrial roofing and cladding, including Standing Seam, Composite, Built Up, Rainscreen, Single Ply, Liquid Roofing, Green Roof & Wall systems.
• Take offs, building up Bills of Quants, measures & remeasures
• Reporting to the Commercial Manager
• Surveying flat and metal roofing systems
• Surveying cladding systems

About the Candidate

• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to West Midlands
• Ideally will have commercial or working knowledge of roofing & cladding
• Will have a CV that displays stability
• Will have worked within the industrial roofing industry
• Must have some QS experience.
